The M4Bs are chaptered 1 episode per chapter. You can losslessly cut it up into separate episodes using mp3DirectCut easily enough.

You could use mp3DirectCut to losslessly cut it up into episodes without recoding, so no quality loss.
It will can even automatically search for the two second gap between the episodes.
