Sorta. Short Trips don’t, but the Subscriber Short Trips come out with the Main Range releases.

The Subscriber Short Trips are, more often than not these days, released sometime after the main range release they come with. So you’ll get the main story first, then maybe a week or so later there’ll be an update on the site letting customers know that the Short trip is available for download.
Think that’s why the guy who used to do all the BF uploading (Andrew54?) used to wait a little while to put them up, so he could package them together.
